Navigating life with a chronic health condition can be heartachingly hard. It takes courage to face pain, exhaustion and loss, yet still have the energy to seek answers and find wellbeing.

PNI considers the relationship between the nervous, endocrine and immune systems.

The experience of chronic illness is influenced by MIND, BODY, and SOUL.
All three are intimately connected and a reduction in inflammation and pain is possible when the Mental, Physical and Spiritual wellbeing of an individual is nurtured. That’s why a natural holistic approach is so successful.
Using the medicinal properties of food to reduce inflammation, regulate hormonal cycles, soothe and restore the digestive system, balance blood glucose levels and regulate neurotransmitters.
Encouraging self-care habits such as exercise, movement, meditation, breathwork, creativity and connection to nature. All of which calm the nervous system and regulate the hormones.
Addressing the emotional triggers and outdated beliefs that increase stress and underlie chronic disease.
Ill health affects each person differently, making the healing journey as beautifully unique as the individual who’s walking it. Many questions arise as the path unfolds. Sometimes the answers come from external sources, other times from pearls of deep inner wisdom.
